I transferred from support group to uc a couple of weeks ago. I just received a letter from ESA posted 2 days after I submitted my UC form.
Letter says my payments of income related ESA will continue fortnightly at the same rate based on a tax year 15 years ago. It also says, 'We have looked at your claim again following a recent change'. The only change is the migration from IR ESA to UC after I received a managed migration letter from UC
I'm confused. I'm guessing this may be an automated letter, but I would like to know if anyone else had this and if I need to call ESA to tell them I've migrated to UC, even though UC should have done this.
