Proof of Income for ESA to UC managed migration

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, I had a quick search and couldn't find an answer.

I'm moving over to UC from ESA (managed migration) in the next couple of weeks and am wondering about the proof of Income and savings. I'm thinking providing the most recent statements for my current account and savings account will be enough? Im assuming only giving them the amounts in my accounts won't be enough information for them. The only other proof of Income I have are the annual letter from the DWP and the P60U, though these won't show my (very small) savings.

Slightly off topic but another question. I applied for PIP in April and in your guides it says to mention this when migrating. I'm not sure where I should put this so any help would be great. Thanks

Hi Fiona

I am surprised that the guide says to mention PIP when Migrating?

You will get a To Do in your UC account when it comes to verification of savings, telling you what information they require and in what format.

Let me know how you get on.

Hi David
Thanks for your response.

It's on page 54 of the Mandatory Migration v5 guide. Reading it again it looks to be about asking for an advance supersession of a legacy benefit award as a successful award of PIP might entitle someone in my household to claim as my carer. I live alone so it's not relevant.

I'm not sure I've explained that terribly well, but I've managed to sort it out in my own head now!

Thanks again.
