I know that this has been asked several times regarding what are "medical treatments" and how the UC form should be completed, especially regarding those migrating from the Support Group of ESA, however, I am getting different advice from this group and elsewhere, eg: Citizens Advice, and some clarity would be appreciated.
I have read previous posts on this subject and one answer basically stated that as you are in the Support Group then you do not need to put in any medical treatments because UC staff should not be questioning your health and therefore just put in "treatment".
CAB advice has been to put in the information if you have it as at least you are ensuring that they have that information and that they are aware of it - but, you do not have to!
I can't tell you what you 'should' do because people have to make up their mind about what they wish to disclose.
The question asks people to indicate if they are having any treatment. It's not helpful to just put the word treatment. If someone is having physiotherapy, just put physiotherapy. If they're having counselling - put counselling. Personally, I think the UC staff are busy trying to manage the migration process, and I've yet to hear of anyone being asked about their medical conditions.
However, you have to do what feels right for you.
