Does a person have to be able to move around outside to score for the 'moving around' activity? What if they can only move around indoors due to not being able to wear footwear due to footwear causing pain with walking? Thank you

The question is about walking outside, but some people never walk outside and they still score points.

Thank you, if they can walk about indoors without pain due to not putting weight on sore place on foot, and keeping feet bare, so to be pain free indoor walking - does this count as acceptable walking?
