I am currently recieving DLA but my daughter is now 16. If I apply for PIP for her, they say she can continue to recieve DLA until.the decisionnis made. , will I have to repay the DLA recieved post 16 if she is not awarded pip?
Yes, you will receive DLA until PIP decision is made. No, you won't have to repay anything if she is not awarded PIP.
