Thanks, I rang them and changed my mind, confirmed I wanted to do the MR.

Can I just check the payments for what I have been awarded already will continue while they look at it?

Thanks

Hi Orangeblossom

Yes, they will pay you at the rate of your most recent award while the MR takes place.

Do you know if it is possible to just ask them to look at one aspect of the award such as the length before the next review, or do they always look at the whole thing again? Thanks

Hi Orangeblossom

You can ask but there is no guarantee that they will not review the whole claim.

We have heard from members on the forum who have been successful in asking just for the length of the award to be looked at, but there is no guarantee.

I asked for an MR just on the length of my award making it clear I agreed with the points. They still looked at the whole award again but kept my points the same and increased the award length - so success!
