Hi tip

I would phone the Help to Claim service and their phone number is on page 2 of your Managed Migration letter. They have a contract with the DWP to assist people in dealing with UC Migration.

Hello Colin,
I remember getting that text too and they did call me.
I explained the reasons why I had difficulties doing the migration by the deadline and the caller gave me an extension.
The following month I wish I was looking out for a similar text, but never got one. I had to call them and luckily I was given another extension but I have very good medical evidence of the urgent health problems I was facing.
Hope it helps!
