Hi Mr Croesus

It would be a good idea to discuss this with UC first. There is no harm in talking.
You currently have a UC claim so you will not automatically be treated as a new claimant until you close the existing claim.
The SDP Transitional Element does not apply to Managed Migration.

Thankyou again.

As soon as I report the increase the TP is going to go down, so even if they grant the backdation to the first AP would it then go up again to what it was?

It is going to erode to begin with even when I am in the phase of trying to convince them, so I could achieve that bit to only lose the TP equivalent regardless.
