UC migration tomorrow and waiting for diay

My brother is submitting his migration claim from ESA to UC tomorrow.

Today he had an urgent ecg and being referred to cardiology.

Should be put this on the claim form, and if so where as he has many conditions which he has already listed, but at present this is undiagnosed?

This is what I thought he could write:
Currently under urgent referral to cardiology for suspected angina or heart disease.
Awaiting coronary angiogram (referred within 8-day pathway). Using GTN spray as prescribed following abnormal ECG.”
