UC work capability assessment was created by nordman

HI, I was found to have Limited capability for work and work related activities, but I have not received report from my UC50 assessment how many point I did awarded on the physical and mental questions. How can I get a full report of my assessment.

Ring the DWP and ask for a copy of the assessment report and it will be sent to you.
