I have received a AR2 review form ,im a pensioner and have been on pip for the past 10 years ,could someone tell me please if i have to send any paperwork with this form ,or just fill it in ,thank you xx

You shouldn't need to send in any paperwork - unless you have any new evidence that you want to make them aware of. Just complete the form.
