UC advice please was created by Fleur
Hi,
My niece who is severely disabled lives at home with her parents. She has just received a letter to transfer from ESA support group to UC.

On the UC claim it asks who lives with her and their details. Would it be correct to say no one as she lives at home as presumbly they are asking if she is living with a partner?

Do she have to give her parents details and their income? Just wondering if her claim will be straight foreward being in the support group? I ask as she is very unwell with paramedics attending twice in a week.
Thank you all

Hi Fleur

She is a single person and so her " household " is just herself. For UC purposes she does not need to give her parents details.
