Sending Claim Forms In was created by WD
Hi,
Very confused here about how to get my claim form in on time.
I've just re d the instructions and they say allow ten days for delivery - thats not possible because they need to be in before that.
It specifically says not to use recorded or special delivery takes longer (longer tan ten days!)
Presumably because they refuse to sign or there is no individual name named.
How many way are there to post a letter - is special delivery the same as 24 hour delivery, or track and trace. Really worried that if I use the wrong one they won't get it.
Thanks for your help,
WD

Hi WD

Personally I would use Royal Mail Tracked 24. They take a photo not a signature though you can request a signature if you wish but there is no point as a photo is sufficient.
Here is the link :-
