Mandatory reconsideration quick phone call

Hi had call a from the dwp asking a few quick questions about my claim I asked for a mandatory reconsideration few weeks back asked if my meds where still the same told no on different ones also read out a letter about my condition that the doctor wrote as they hadn’t received it yet it took my surgery over 3 weeks to get a letter also I won an appeal in relation to the leap review sent them the appeal award letter person on the phone said I should hear back within a week to 10 days or so so can I ask if this a positive sign.

Hi Bis phoned the dwp today unsurprisingly my mandatory reconsideration wast successful thought the other day I was perhaps getting a higher award has he only asked a few quick questions about my health and meds obviously plain to see they’ve disregarded my medical evidence I’ve already won 3 appeals against the dwp can I appeal this or is it a court appeal now ?
