ESA review timescales

Hi, you hear nothing from me for a while then 2 questions in one week.....

Firstly I was just wondering is there normally a timeline for ESA support group reviews? I was awarded it approximately 2 years ago and the assessor form said they didnt expect any change for 2years. Unfortunately my health has not improved however I still dont want the torture of another review.

Secondly does airtravel make it more lightly you will be reviewed? ( for pip & esa) If I was to take a flight on a couple of occasions would it look like im magically cured? Could it trigger a review? I would be terribly afraid they would decide i can reliably walk etc if I can go on holiday / visit family. ( perhaps im just looking an excuse not to go. ) but seriously I would rather stay at home than inadvertently trigger a review sooner than would otherwise be required.

Ok, thank you. just wondering why - do they stop payments when your out of the country? I seen somewhere its 28days your allowed, is this in total over the year or 28days at a time? ( just curious for all these rules)

Hi Anne I’ve not had a assessment since covid 2020 and that was a telephone appointment so six years now
