Pip and pensuon credit was created by Jude
Hi,
I am in receipt of PIP and I have a state pension. Can I claim pension credit? Unsure if this only applies if you live alone. My husband is employed.
Thank you
Fleur

Thank you David. I have had a look through but it seems to only apply to single retired people or retired couples. I don’t think I woukd be able to claim as my husband is still employed.
Thankd

Hi Jude
Have you tried using a Benefits Calculator as they usually give a very accurate answer. I use Entitledto.co.uk
