Just an update. I'm relieved to say that this morning I received my DWP letter telling me I had qualified and will keep my IB - at least until the switch over I presume. I can't begin to imagine how a lot of people are coping with having to wait months on end for their decision, it's simply OUTRAGEOUS. Just hang in there. If it's due to you, you will get it. I was diagnosed with arthritis when I was 16, worked until I was 26 when an accident fracured a couple of vertebrea. After surgery the vertabra below the site started to deteriorate, thus my present state....... in case anyone was wondering. This site is invaluable and had I been better informed I wouldn't have made such an *ss of things and spent the week beating myself up.
