Hi Crazydiamond, Jeff1 and Rosered. Thanks for your replies and interest. I tried to contact the practice manager on Thursday but she was unavailable so I e-mailed her with my problem. When I phoned on Friday, she had sorted it. My GP will provide me with a monthly cert until the appeal. I tried to phone the DWP to update them but I was unable to get through all day yesterday.
