I have been in the work related group of ESA since Sept 2009.Ihad my 2nd medical after 6 months to see if I could continue in this group but 6 weeks later still have heard nothing. My question is if I fail the medical will I have to repay the monies I am receiving at the the moment?Thank you.Peterth.

No, you won't have to repay any ESA, as the decision on your entitlement would only be from a current date.
What this means in effect, is that if your ESA entitlement is terminated, it will be from the date the decision letter is issued to you. The date of the medical is immaterial because the disability analyst's opinion is what is known as a determination, and only forms a part of the outcome decision. All the evidence to hand must be taken into account by the ESA decision maker.
