im appealing esa refused 0 points
claiming for my partner. she is suffering
from post trumatic stress. comfirmed 3 months
ago. she is just starting councilling, she has just received a letter from jsa to go for an interview, reguarding helping her return to work, this is because i have been on esa and and apealing against decision for
26 weeks. will she be made to apply for jsa.
Could anyone give me any guild on her options. She is just to ill to start looking for work. Cronic anxioty.

Hi,

I'm afraid that we don't cover JSA on this site and it's not a benefit I have any specialist knowledge of.

In these circumstances it is probably best if the claimant stays on ESA at the assessment phase rate rather than going on to JSA.

Were you advised that this was an option for you?
