Because of the way Tax credits is worked out (either on the previous or the current years income whichever is the lesser figure (within £25K)) Then it may be that there is no overpayment .
You do need calculations done by an advice agency ...take all income docs and HMRC letters with you .

thanks for your info its a great help..child tax credits saying there is an overpayment and thats because my IB info was giving as the wrong amount that why i was concerned

hi thanks for that jim. im worried i might lose my IB because of the overpayment of child tax credit.
