Hi James, I had a medical today and handed in my letter only to be met with a "humpf, can't do anything about it, can't print the report before sending it to decision's makers, I'll put it in your file". It's worth doing though as it shows ATOS and the DWP that we are not resourceless nor without rights. Good luck for next week.

good question,im due to go to medical also,i have my letter printed out, which my partner will hand to he/she.After studying this letter,it appears to be more of a request than an order,to me it carries no clout. It states that if you fail to provide me with a copy of the report and if im found capable of work i shall bring this matter to tribunal.I cant for 1 minute see any doctor taking this seriously,so in my opinion nothing will happen,if anyones opinion differs please let me know

I dont this letter carries any power,it is only a request, which i think wont be taken seriously.Having said that i will be showing my letter,as i have my interview july 2nd.
