been told they are sending out a form cap35.
nobody seems to know what this form is.
hav'nt got form yet.

It seems that you may fall in the special circumstances in terms of appeal.

no one at esa office could tell me what the form was for. Only that it was to do with my appeal.
They even googled it and got no answer.
