DLA

Hi all, I am new here. I was diagnosed with MS last August after many years with problems, I lost my job as a Social Worker in April due to a sustained ammount of sick time, I claimed E&SA which was a nightmare, : but I have just been refused DLA! My GP put me forward for it, but the HCP has did not record the correct facts! On the day of his visit I was in relapse so was in bed, my daughter who does most of my care was there. I am so ANGRY! What can I do now? HELP PLEASE!

You may wish to submit an appeal against the adverse DLA decision within one month by using Form GL24.
