DLA Refused By Tribunal Twice

Hi,

Im new here and wondered if anyone had any experience of being refused twice by Tribunals?

I ask because this is my position; I have been refused by two First Tier Tribunlas, both of which have been found to have made blatant errors in law, and so I am awaiting a third Tribunal.

Is this a record or is there anyone out there who has experienced the same?

That really is bad luck, to have two poor tribunal decisions.
