DLA tribunal was created by savalmandy baird
over the past 8yrs i have had 2 successful applications for dla both for hrm + hrc, i had to renew my claim in december last year when they turned me down, after a reconsideration they have awarded me hrm lrc but my condition and illness have not changed for the better since my first 2 claims, unfortunately each claim has been filled in by a different person from the cab and nobody seems to know where my 2 previos application forms have disappeard to so i can't go over the way the information in them was worded for my upcoming appeal for a higher rate of care, can i bring up the fact that previous applications have awarded hrc and my condition hasn't changed when i go the tribunal?

Hi,

The short answer is yes you can and should. If you can get medical evidence to support this, so much the better.

Good luck,

Steve
