DLA was created by Pete
I asked for a review of my DLA as i was not happy,i had to go for a medical and the doctor was horrible but i read all your tips on having a medical so i was prepared.I received a letter yesterday saying that they have awarded me the higher rate and that the timescale has changed,so the start was on the letter but the date that the award was to finish was not on the letter,is this just an error on their part or does it mean that i have an indefinite award?.I have not had a letter like this off them before so i am a little confused or should i ring them for clarification?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
