Who is good at maths if there are 2.7 million on IB, how many will they see yearly. Furthermore, how long will it take them to get round to everyone? It maybe gives us all some hope that it could take a long time to see everyone. I know someone is going to depress me and shoot my hope down in flames.

There aren't 2.7 million on IB. There are currently just over 2million,
When ESA was introduced in October 2008, 31% of claimants were aged 59-64, so by October 2013 that 31% will have gone from the IB claimant total.
Only around 1.5 million IB claimants are going to be migrated because of this.
