Hi Could someone give me a bit of advice. I won a tribunal case for ESA in Jan this year. Yesterday i got yet another ESA50 form to fill in,is this right and have i got to start the whole stressful process again

The Work for your Benefit Scheme introduced in the Welfare Reform Act was designed to make victims of JSA work for their benefits (hence its name).
The DWP, being a law unto themselves, want to make ESA claimants work hard for their benefit, and therefore they start the appeal process again.
