Hi Could someone give me a bit of advice. I won a tribunal case for ESA in Jan this year. Yesterday i got yet another ESA50 form to fill in,is this right and have i got to start the whole stressful process again :unsure:

As far as i am aware ATOS send out an new ESA50 for all overturned decisions, they aren't spiteful at all of course... ;)

The Work for your Benefit Scheme introduced in the Welfare Reform Act was designed to make victims of JSA work for their benefits (hence its name).

The DWP, being a law unto themselves, want to make ESA claimants work hard for their benefit, and therefore they start the appeal process again. :angry:
