Getting ahead of the game!

I am well overdue for my IB50 review and was getting in an even more nervous state than usual. So I went to a friend's house downloaded both the IB50 guides and printed them off. I am now working through them for about an hour a day and making extensive notes. The idea being that when the dreaded form appears - my mind will be blown - so all I'll have to do is copy out what I've already prepared.This has made me feel much more prepared and in control. I intend to do the same regarding ESA as soon as I've finished.Just thought some of you guys might be helped by this advice.

It shouldn't be this way in truth...at least not with genuine claimants...it really ought not to be necessary to revise on how to complete a form accurately and truthfully.

Sad to say though you are right! Yes indeed an excellent idea. Shame it has to be this way though.

Hi, No it should not be like this, but the truth these days seems to be that you have to have as much information and as much medical evidence as possible in order to get any benefit that although you appear to be quite rightly entitled to. The DWP and ATOS seem to view every application as suspicous and not deserving. So the better prepared you are the better your chances. Best Wishes
