Hi Derek
It's a shame no-one else will interject and say if they have received a letter that says the same if they are appealing. At least that way us, and everyone else would know this is something they normally send out.
Never mind.
All the best

Hi P,
It could be that no one else has had the same problem, or that they feel unable to post, often due to shyness or similar.

Hi Pusscat, my letter just said that they'd looked at the desicion not to give me ESA and they agreed with it. I'm geussing it's normal practice for them to have looked at it again because I didn't ask them too?
Best of luck,
Rachel

Hi Rachel
Okay, I'm sorry to hear things have not gone your way But did it say anywhere in the letter about the possibility of a decision in your favour at all? It would be helpful to know.
Thanks
Pusscat
