Just wanted to give everyone an update - received letter this morning advising that they had looked again at their decision and have awarded my son LRM and LRC indefinitely I know it is a little bit less than he was getting but I'm relieved I won't have to be thinking about the next renewal and I'm grateful that there are some very sensible people at the DWP.
I would just like to say thank you to everyone who posts on this site. Sometimes I feel sad for the trouble people are going through and then there are the times when I feel totally inspired by the way people just never give up. For me, this site is a wee bit like a comfort blanket.
Thanks again.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

I'm sorry it wasn't everything you wanted, but it must be a huge relief to have put this behind you. Well done.
