info required about breach of security,

on a document that was sent to me from the ib section from the jobcentre.

on the cak of this document, someone has used my document as a note pad, and wrote someone elses ni number on the back of it with a date and time.

i have reprted this to the jobcentre, who else should i reprt this too, is it the information commisioner?

i will report this to them too.

its unaceptable in my view that the jobcentre hsould use my documents as a notepad to write others ni numbers on.


i just hope that my document was not sent to the other persons.
