DLA INFORMATION THAT CASTS DOUBTS? was created by jacqueline snooks
I have been in receipt of dla mobility and care for many years,it was renewed successfully last August,I was extremely upset and distressed to receive a letter from DLA services on friday saying they have received information that casts doubts on my continuing entitlement to DLA,and i have been asked to complete a 36 page form DLA80.
Has anyone else received anything like this before? My medical condition has deteriorated and will continue to do so,i would appreciate any advice anyone can give,
many thanks in advance

The only time I have heard of DLA 80 was on a forum where someone got it after someone had reported them as not being as ill as claimed .... as they do carry out spot checks on claims less than one year old ... it might be that, a google search found one case of this on bbc ouch forum.... where they think next door reported them
