I'm very keen to know too. The uncertainty is having an impact on my mental health.

There simply is no information in the public domain that will answer your question, nor is there likely to be.

The DWP have suggested that people will be transferred on or around their re-assessment date, however, there has been no statement as to how rigidly enforced this will be and whether there might be delays in doing so.

They have also suggested that a lot of those currently exempt the PCA, will be processed in the first year, but there is no indication of who will and who won't.

I am afraid no one will know when they are being transferred until they receive a phone call or a letter appears through the door.
