Can either of you..or anyone else comment on the likelihood of people like me on SDP...being migrated last like those on SDA? Or is still that not clear yet?

if it is true people getting SDA are to be the last to be migrated to ESA,then taking everything into account around what date would this process start ?

If the DWP stick to their schedule, then the transfer is due to finish in 2014.if it is true people getting SDA are to be the last to be migrated to ESA,then taking everything into account around what date would this process start ?

Gordon,
I,m a bit confused here, My hubby and I were both on Contrib IB, as both worked for 25 years+.
Also both in receipt of higher rate care DLA. Thus making both of us PCA exempt.
As you know DWP have hinted that PCA exempt would face transition first. So were awaiting ESA50,and are preparing case for this eventuality.
However I get paid IB seperately (contrib), where as hubby gets paid his IB from Income Support lumped in with all the premiums, some of which are for both of us as a couple.
Husband was originally receiving Contrib IB, before we became entitled to the IS premiums (pre DLA awards).
So will we be transferred early, as PCA exempt, or last or later because of IS premiums etc. Or will we be treated seperately different.
Would appreciate any info.
Thanks
