You send them to the office managing your claim, the address should be on any of the recent correspondance that you have regarding your claim.hi does any one know where you send your fit note when appealing esa is it to the local job center or to some one else many thanks .

The purpose of the certificate of posting is that, as Gordon said, it is free but despite this, it is proof that you posted your evidence in TIME. Therefore, they can not cut your benefit even though they can claim they never recieved it...because you have proof you posted it in good time.
