Have I received the wrong form

One of the reasons we have been unable to definite in our responses is that none of us know whether there is legislation or regulations that alter the way kn which a claimant living abroad would be managed. That said, having looked I could not find any.

However, the legislation regarding a UK resident is very clear.

The old form goes with the old tests and medical, it was superceded on 28/03/11 and any form issued after this date must be the new one.

The new form goes with the new tests and medical.

You cannot mix the old form with the new test or vice versa.
