just to add to my last post, i was also followed to my medical, my friend drove me the 8 miles.
I doubt it following you without having some sort of case is a waste of man hours
if you had seen a van parked outside the medical center with blacked out windows filming everyone going for medicals and a small radio on the reception desk that would have not supprised me

i am normally housebound, we go to the shops once a week if that,a peougeot followed us all the way from my house and right into the assesment centre.i have not been up to any sort of mischief haha. i cant do anything, but i did read another thread on here where somebody was followed to their appointment.when you recieve your letter from atos it tells you how to get to the assesment centre using busses and trains as well as on foot, mine was 9 different trains and bus changes plus walking to the bus stops, it would take an hour and a half to go 8 miles and if you were able to do this journey for an hour and a half you would possibly be able to do some sort of work.i think they are checking to see how you get there, my thoughts

hi smc,
when i arrived at the medical centre and reported to the receptionist, she told me that they had got in a neuro specialist because of my spinal damage. i said thank god for that at least they would know what they were talking about. she was very nice, she was also helpfull giving my partner some advice about getting help learning how to lift and manouver me without damaging her own back.i just hope that she gives all the correct info to dm, she seemed very worried about my several disabilities. just keeping our fingers crossed for the correct decision. but you just dont know if they are being nice to our faces.
best regards darrenay
That is great they got a specialist in for you!!
