Thank goodness I've just finished completing my IB50 to transfer me from IS to ESA it's in the post. So now all I have to do is wait I've done my best my head is completely in a spin. Good luck to those who have received their IB50 my advice take your time do it in small stages. I wish they would have allowed people to send a copy of repeat prescription like they do for DlA because like a lot of the boxes not enough room. My evelope was fit to bursting that I've sent back.Sorry just needed to let off steam now it's done. What will be will be.I'll face that when it comes.
Hi Jan
Well done and good advice. We hear a few stories of envelopes fit to bursting with evidence!
Hope it all goes well for you.
Best wishes
Michael

Hi JB,
I surmise you mean your ESA50 Questionnaire, rather than an IB50.
You could have put photocopies of your current repeat prescriptions in with your ESA50.
You could send copies now if you wished, just put your name, NINO, DOB, on the top of each photocopy, and post them to ATOS, saying you wish them to be taken as evidence along with your ESA50.
Good luck anyway, I hope you gain the correct assessment.

I don't know about 'stuffed to bursting' but I certainly needed to use an A4 envelope, the one they send will barely take the form itself, never mind anything else.
