Upcoming Tribunal was created by Daniela
I have a upcoming Tribunal on the 3rd of November. Been calling many Solicitors but nobody seems to be intrestet as there is not much money to be made.
I have requested now all my medical documents from surgeries, treatments, medication. My question is how do i prepare for this Tribunal, do i submit medical record prior or take it with me to the Tribunal etc
Any help would be appreciatet

Hi Daniela
Please read the ESA appeal guide in the members' area, which gives far more advice than we can give on the forum.
It is important to submit evidence well in advance of the hearing (at least two weeks before) if you possibly can.
It's not absolutely essential to write an appeal submission, but rather than simply sending medical evidence, it would be ideal to write a letter outlining why you meet the criteria of the benefit claimed with reference to the supporting evidence.
Good luck
Derek

Had my Tribunal and scored 9 points ( ATOS assesment was 0 points).I was told by the Tribunal to re apply, and IF i fail the new ATOS assessment again ,should appeal, as the Tribunal WILL award me the needed points as my condition has drastically worsend since origional assessment in May. Also i like to mentioned to anyone that is facing a Tribunal, not to be scared,as i felt that the Tribunal and doctor present asked all th right questions, were very friendly and sympathetic.
I have now re applied and waiting for my new ATOS assessment and WILL go thru the procedure again, knowing i will have a positive outcome.

Hi Daniela
Sorry to hear that your appeal wasn't allowed but it is nice to hear that a tribunal judge feels that you are likely to be awarded ESA now.
Good luck
