I receive DLA and ICB but have to complete the ESA forms. Is DLA affected (in the short term) if your application fails
There should be no short term effect to your DLA if you fail the ESA tests. however, if your failing ESA indicates contradictions with your DLA award, this may well result in your DLA being re-assessed.
