ESA Support Group Review?

The re-assessment process for ESA claimants in the Support Group is no different from that for members of the WRAG

At some point, you will be sent a new ESA50 to complete, after you have returned it, and depending on its contents and any evidence you provide with it, you may be requested to attend an ESA medical. Either way, a DWP Decision Maker will then make a decision on whether you continue to satisfy the requirements for ESA, and if so which group you should be placed in.

On the assumption that you have not been re-assessed since March, you should be aware that the citeria for the WRAG and the Support Group have changed. Our updated Claim guides will explain what is now required/
