ESA WRAG group heads in a mess was created by sorted
Morning all, as per title my head is in a mess at the minute, ive read our guides over and over the last few days and im still confused, ive read forum posts to see what other members are doing and i just cant get my head around it.

ive been placed in the WRAG group Contribution based ESA, ive been placed in this group without a medical, my letter states that HMRC have been informed and may send a revised tax code, i have recieved this letter and it states its not a bill but if i want to i can pay £25 towards my state pension.

At the end of my ESA letter it says that the amounts on this page apply from 27th oct 11 to 30th november 11 doe this mean that i will no longer recive ESA im confused.

im thinking of appealing the decision, but after reading some forum posts and guides im unsure, i do have enough medical evidence and the support of my GP who has said they will support me if i decide to appeal.

i would just like a little guideance as to what i should be doing, i usually try and solve things without help but this time im making myself ill trying to sort this out, any help anyone can offer will be much appriciated, if you need more info from me to help me along this worrying road please feel free to ask.

Thanks D

Hi D, welcome to the forum.

I'm afraid you really need face-to-face advice with somebody who can have sight of the paperwork/letters you have received. Please see the links below.

Why can’t you answer a question about my specific claim?

How can I get individual help with a specific benefits problem?

Best of luck

Derek
