waited seven weeks since filling form in had enough with being in dark so phoned jcp spoke to a lady who said that my file is now with a decision maker so take it no medical needed and should hear within 2 weeks just got to wait now to see what group i am in hopefully not the wrag excited no medical needed but now worried what there decision will be just wanted to say thanks to this wonderful site using your guides i filled the form in and have been spared a medical hopefully the last bit will go ok and i get the support group will ley you know when i know thanks

well been waiting another three weeks so phoned dwp yet again i got told by one woman that a decision had been made and i do qualify for esa but it didnt say what group on the screen she said it looks like its all gone in my favour and she would get someone to ring back to say which group i was in a hour later a rather adbrupt man phoned saying theyre had been no decision made and i had to still wait and not to bother ringing wait for them to phone me the lady before gave me a tranfer date and said that i had defintlyey qualified for esa then an hour later back to square one and then no decision what the hell is going on been waiting five months now and stress level through the ceiling

As you have been given contradictory information about your claim, you could contact the Customer Service Manager at the DWP and make a complaint. Also ask for the correct information to be provided.
