Does this mean that I have been found to have limited capabilty for work at my latest medical? And why does it only apply from 12th April to 28th November?
Any advice would be really appreciated.

£94.25 is the ESA(CB) rate for a claimant in the WRAG.I have been receiving contribution based ESA for over a year and was sent for another medical assesment about 3 weeks ago. I have just received a letter from the social security agency stating they have looked at my claim again following a recent change and from 12th April 2011 my ESA will be £94.25. On page 4 of the letter sent to me it says that the amount to be paid applies from 12th April 2011 to 28th November 2011.

The DWP seem to be very good at sending out disallowance notices, but rather poor at telling claimants good news. Thanks for the quick response and link regarding end date. However the letter sent to me makes no mention of the medical I attended 3 weeks ago and am wondering should I be expecting another letter informing me of the outcome of the medical?
It could be that this letter is intended to make you aware that your recent assessment was successful, DWP letters are often badly worded.
I would suggest you contact your local DWP office and ask for confirmation and whether a letter has actually been sent.
