I spoke to the ESA people on the phone yesterday to find out how long it's likely to take them to sort out my payments after winning my appeal. I was told 'Up to 12 weeks'. This is so absurd I emailed my MP about it. How long are other people waiting?

Hi,
Sadly the number of claimants appealing adverse ESA decisions is rising rapidly leading to delays in making payments to successful appellants. However in saying that, twelve weeks does seem unduly long.
I hope your MP can put a bit of pressure on the DWP to alleviate your long wait.
