Thank you all so much for your kind thoughts.

The DSS did not phone back today to tell me if they had 'found'the rest of my medical certificates however they had found the last one I handed in to them,so I live in hope that it will finally be sorted out.

I will let you all know what happens.

Hi there

I was still getting the runaround from the DWP. I phoned my MP and he wrote them a letter on my behalf.

I was told yesterday that the DWP had agreed that I was/am entitled to ESA but it will take another month before I receive any money.

I still have not received any written information from them since the Tribunal on November 2nd but hopefully it has now all been resolved.

You have been shamefully treated by DWP - I do hope this is all resolved for you as soon as. In the meantime you may be eligible to receive a crisis loan whist you are waiting for your ESA money to come through.
Thankfully the weather in the south at least has been comparatively mild, I don't know if it has been the same in your part of the country?
