Interview under caution. was created by mariebach
Hi all,
I have had a letter from the Jobcentreplus to request me to attend an interview under caution and to bring my passport. The letter says that they suspect there has been a change in my circumstances. Has anyone else had this experience? This is an URGENT request for information as my interview is on Monday morning (14th Nov).
Thanks in anticipation.

Based on your post, the DWP are investigating the possibilty that there has been a change in your circumstances that you may not of informed them about, this change may affect the amount of benefit you should be receiving.
You should seek immediate advice from your local CAB or Welfare Rights office.
You should also consider taking legal advice.

Hi Mariebach
An interview under caution is not something we can advise on and it requires specialist help, but there is valuable information about the process on the link below.

Good luck

The OP has received the appropriate advice in this thread, and it is not practicable or prudent to expand upon this advice where suspected fraud enquiries may be initiated by the DWP.
In order to prevent further discussion which may be based purely on opinion and therefore not helpful to the OP, the thread is now locked.
