dla was created by pooch
i was on dla (highest rate) about 3 or 4 years ago, but discontinued my claim after recovering from heart surgery, i was worried that i might be done for fraud because my condition improved greatly, however, i now need to claim dla again.
will i have to make a fresh claim or try to get it reinstated.
what problems will i have?

You only need to explain if it is in support of your care or mobility needs. I would assume you would make a more generic statement in filling the form out anyway, so it may be worth leaving it till the this is dones and then deciding if it is still needed.thanks for the quick answer, Gordon.
